It all started in Pampa, Texas. Ed Kerkvliet was stationed at Pampa Army
Air Field. Many letters were exchanged while Ed was in the South Pacific
during WWII. Below is a Christmas scene of the living room of the farm house
located near Fairchild, Wisconsin. This farm was home for 48 years. After
54 years of marriage, the farm house is a very lonely place after Ed's passing.
Steve and Jim helped me look for a new place to live which hopefully will
help to adjusting to life on this earth without Ed. |
